The river Saria (tributary of the Zeimena, Svencionys district)

The river Saria flows in Vilnius county, Svencionys district, the river Zeimena left tributary.

Length of the river 28 km, the basin area 87 km ². The source at Modziunai village, 3 km southwest from Svencionys town. Flows through the lake Sariai to southwest. Flows into the river Zeimena 34 km from its mouth 10 km northeast from Pabrade town. Average gradient 271 cm/km. Average rated discharge at the mouth 0.81 m³/s.

8.6 Small bridge. left Popeliskes. Average gradient to the mouth 121 cm/km. The brook flows through forest, uninhabitable places. The riverbed width 3-7 m. A lot of strainers, shalows. The banks high.

7.7 right Karvine. Discharge of the Saria a bit rises. The banks approx. half km low, swampy, downstream became steeper. To the small bridge several not navigable strainers, beavers dam.

5.9 The forest road small bridge. Under the bridge the river flows through 2 concrete pipes. Navigable. Downstream the banks steeper, a lot of strainers.
